I just wanted everyone to know that as of the latest patch 3.3 Blizzard has changed things slightly on how the Raptor Hatchling pets drop.
When you kill one of the named Raptors in the video you will still get a guaranteed green BUT the hatchling pet is no longer found on the corpse of the Raptor. Instead, it’s now found in a “nest” that spawns nearby after you kill it.
For example after you kill “Dart” look nearby for “Dart’s Nest” and loot the egg for the pet.

you said they drop them 100% of time. i just killed the lvl 31 rare monster in the cave by the water and dropped nothing but a green item and raptor egg

You don’t kill the silver elites anymore, You need to find the nests that are near the same spot.

even though my servers currency is bad i can still make about 400 g all up for these raptor pets in the AH in like one day! so its still great thanks!
