Wii exhibited by Nintendo at the E3 conference parade and gamers were given a chance to check the advanced technology of this newest gaming console. But fans didnt get any idea of its price and availability.

Gamers and fans were excited to hear on the press conference last Monday evening when Sony announced that they are releasing their newest gaming console, PlayStation3 in North America on Nov. 17. To add to their excitement, Sony publicized that they are releasing two versions: a 20GB Hard drive version that sells at $499 and a 60GB Hard drive version with a price tag of only $599.

Nintendo treated its fans to a magnificent visual display of the trump card of the Wiis remote controller that permits gamers the freedom of movement and a variety of agility that guarantees to revolutionize gaming experience. It gives justifies the former name of the Wii which was Revolution. In the past, games were constrained when it comes to movements, but with the Wiis remote controller it gives gamers the advantage to play sports and fighting games with a more enjoyable experience.

The Wiis 27 games and remote controller was given much attention when Nintendo showed the prowess of its newest gaming console and withheld it release date and price, so that gamers will be focused on its the gaming experience of the Wii first.

Nintendo named their newest game console Wii, as it was based from the word We. The companys goal is to show that their newest game console together with its game controller and divertive games are all accessible to wide-range gamers that had been waiting and recognizing their products since then. The VP of Nintendos Sale and Marketing department, Reggie Fils-Aime gave out his statement in an interview about some feedbacks that they got before completely introducing the Wii game console in the market. He told that mixed reviews were given but there were a lot of people who wrote good things about the console since the first day they knew about it and the company would like to extend their thanks to those people.

Despite Nintendo intentionally not announcing the release date of the Wii, they did inform that it will be within the last quarter of 2006. They are focused on targeting a mass-base market that will draw new gamers and compete with the Sony PlayStation 3 and Microsoft Xbox 360 with a more reasonable price.
