lol , yeah , your right , the ps3 is turned off , even if it was on for a whole day it would only be able to melt the things near it[like ice and chocolate after 30minute] NOT grill meat on it , so the guy who made this video is totally stupid/crappy at lying[dont mean the guy who uploaded it.]
