IMO I’d say PS3 cos the 360 has loads of good games but the PS3 is getting so many good exclusives this year and next year. But tbh just look at what exclusive games each console has and then go for the one which has the most you ones prefer

PS3.
Xbox has a great online, but it’s 50 dollars a year, PS3′s is FREE. Xbox DOES have some intense exclusive games, but PS3 is coming out with many this year. Although I like the achievements better than the trophies, the PS3 doesn’t break on you as much as a 360 would. So basically, a PS3 would be the best for you.

did i say it was an xbox 360 exclusive? no i didnt. i was merely remarking the move to put metal gear solid in the xbox 360. its obviously coming out for the ps3. the playstation is practically the series’ breeding ground.

More like 18 months, which is still very unacceptable. My Atari 2600 is still kicking after 30 years, and my NES will keep running until the end of time as long as I keep replacing the 72-pin connectors. We have the Sony Playstation 1 (my favorite system of all-time, yet–) to thank for ushering in this mentality that building consoles to deliberately break after 1-3 years is a perfect business model. Some are proud of how many Xbox 360′s (3rd favorite!?) they’ve bought. Why? F*cked if I know.

Fanboy flame wars are getting immediate blocks. It’s not the console that matters, it is the game. Prototype is available on both consoles. Spouting “Xbox 360 sucks” or “PS3 sucks” on a video about a multi-platform game is completely irrelevant and childish.

dude get a ps3 its worth it, the 360 breaks a few months later
July 30th, 2009 at 4:56 am
it depends on what games you like. also consider the fact that the ps3 has a free online however the xbox 360 has MUCH more content support from developers and publishers. in fact, a new metal gear solid game is coming out for the xbox 360 in a couple of years.

Well I REALLY enjoy my ps3. It just feels like the ultimate gaming machine.
So if you are willing to pay the extra costs then go for it
