the voice actor for optimus prime has and always been Peter Cullen. Cullen does some voice work for things like this so that could very well be Peter Cullen.

We’re talking about Peter Cullen, the guy that does the voiceover (not confusing him with Steve Van Zandt). Cullen is recognizable as the voice of Optimus Prime in the Transformers’ original cartoon from the 1980′s and the new movies. He also does the voiceover on Coors Light commercials…
