IGN, “entertainment” hmm seems like they don’t know what their own site is supposed to be about. PS3 represents the next generation of “entertainment”, gaming on Blu-Ray, Movies on Blu-ray, music, free online, plus it also plays last generation Sony format, DVD.
I’d say Sony is doing it right and it’s worth the price you pay for it overall.

i own a ps3 and i think the ps3 get hot 2 fast compare to a normal blue-ray player.
unless u add it with a fan that cost prob. around 40 to 60 bucks.

HA HA HA, this song is hilarous, definitly the last part, “there $399, oh that’s not to bad”, LOL. Here he is, this guy singing a song, and then he finds out it’s only $399, good comedy right there. Anyways, I didn’t find it expensive when I bought it at launch at a nice $AU999.95, mum didn’t want me to buy it, but I told her all that it did and she said it was a good purchase. Although, at $10 an hour, it took a lot of work, LOL.

IGN sucks… and PS3 is worth the price, just buy and extended warranty. Most people know that just save to get one, it’s no different than buying a horrid 360 with a couple of lame games at $60 a pop. Or even a Wii+2 or 3 games and useless peripherals.

well,ps3 isn’t really a gaming system,well it is but…. okay it’s more of a entertainment system.besides the online is free but abit laggy,but its not too bad.
