i am thinking about getting the 200 dollar xbox 360 for christmas but the only difference is that you dont have the gold memebership,and the chrome finish.
nobody really knows, it’s supposed to come out sometime in 2009, but then again we’ve already heard that last year. if you can’t wait for it, you can download the home theme from the playstation store and in a couple weeks they’ll send you the beta for home.
No one cares about you having your 360 mod. Doing that fucks up the 360 any way. If you get the red ring you can’t send it to Microsft to fix it after you mod it. When you get the red ring you gonna be looking stupid when you can’t do nothing to fix it. The only reason people mod there 360′s is because they are bored with the real 360 games or they just suck.

The reason why mods kill the purpose of a game is because they are user made, AND because they stray away from the point of the game. It totally kills it. And I clearly stated that there is something called DLC and expansion packs, which add ALOT to the games on PS3. So cut the crap.
and how the hell do mods kill the purpose of a game they add greater longevity and offer something new everytime adding a better experience you get no mods on 360/ps3 so you just get the game beat it and thats it on pc you can beat and then get all sorts of other things to do
Mods just kill the purpose of a game. On top of that, user created mods are usually never fun (oblivion for example). Now on the PS3/360, there’s something called expansions and updates. I’m having more and more fun with Metal Gear Online as expansions come out.

Well whatever you want to think khantoj in your narrow-minded view of the world, you go right ahead. I am having a perfectly fun time playing on my 360 and XBL whether kids/adults.
