Ha douchebag. You can just drive through the tolls. The jet pack and tank are not supposed to be there. It is a more realistic approach. And lastly you don’t have to do the fucking mini games. And you dont have to find anything and god. You just sound like a twat in saying that

This game is a piece of shit. The tolls are fucking retarded, no jet pack, no tank, the helicopter controls are so fucking stupid, the mini games are annoying I want to go out and kill people not go bowling and wtf is the point of finding hidden things if you don’t get rewarded with weapons.

They did. Kinda, GTA London, 2D GTA (Like the first and the second) It moves to the 1969 London and blah blah. Expansion pack moves to 1961. I guess. I didnt do any research, all i did was remember a GTA game from my brains.

In my opinion both are different.
GTA IV, goes for the more realistic gritty approach, Saints Row 2 tries for the more flat out fun aspect not taking itself too seriously. I own and enjoy both games.
